Summary:
Strada is looking for a HR Shared Services Senior Project Manager
The candidate must have experience in previous HR Shared Services management roles, able to understand the key strategic fundamentals of such function.
We are looking for a strategic thinker that will be assisting the HR Shared Services Director in the planning, implementation and execution of the global HR Shared Services Roadmap.
This profile will closely collaborate with our global HR CoEs, HRBPs and other business parties to successfully implement the HR SS strategy.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, close).
Must be familiar with HRIS architecture, Payroll, Systems integrations and dealing with third party vendors.
The trusted new joiner will also play a significant part in providing inputs and recommendations to improve the ongoing HR SS strategy
Main Responsibilities
Manages projects from conception to go liveProject Manages the Strada Pay global rolloutDevelops and manages detailed project plan. Align stakeholders and team members on the plan and manage execution of tasks to achieve project goals. Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocationWorks closely with Resource Managers/Team Leads to ensure adequate allocation of resources. Documents high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Develops and tracks risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, recommend and implement approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate or minimize risk. Interacts independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, Executive Briefings Interact with Strada vendors as neededDrives HR Shared Services processes improvement initiatives as requiredCaptures lessons learned throughout and during the closing of a project.Professional background
Strong HR Shared Services management background with 3+ years in a senior project management roleStrong understanding of HR Shared Services priorities, in adherence with the PY and employee’s lifecycleAble to communicate at all levels consistently, effectively, providing solutions where necessaryExperience working in a global, multicultural and fast paced environmentsExperience communicating effectively to leadershipEducation and knowledge
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of HR Shared Services team leadership experienceExcellent verbal and written communicationResourceful, confident under pressure, and proven problem-solving skills.HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.
