What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
HR Operations: Oversee and execute HR transactions including employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions).
Employee Support: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS system.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other departments to ensure cohesive HR operations.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a shared services or HR operations role.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR shared services or HR operations.
Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Working Conditions:
Office environment with potential for remote work.
Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
