What is HR Shared Services Team responsible for?

HR Shared Services maximizes global HR efficiencies, creates capacity for the HR division, increases global process consistency, and improves the customer experience across the enterprise. As the first point of contact for tier-one client needs, HR Shared Services provides broad support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration support.

We are looking for a new hire to join our team as an HR Shared Services Specialist. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and are passionate about technology, process improvement, and continuous learning, this role might be for you.

The position typically serves as the first point of contact for resolving HR inquiries and requests via email or the employee self-service tool, askHR. The HR Shared Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering HR services in a timely manner and will have a strong customer-focused approach.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of HR Shared Services Specialist?

Provide administrative support for the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, contracts, documentation, background checks, personal data, and personnel files etc.) for the Europe region

Schedule interviews and post job openings for the Europe region

Deliver superior customer service to employees and leaders

Assist employees with local regulations, HR policies, procedural questions, and Workday inquiries

Collaborate effectively with various teams to resolve employee queries

Maintain knowledge of processes, programs, and policies to assist employees

Update and maintain process documentation in the HR Knowledge Hub on SharePoint

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Operations

Proficiency in English and Polish, knowledge of French or German (a plus, but not required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning

Strong skills in Excel/MS Office, knowledge of Workday is an additional value

Exceptional customer service orientation

This role is for 18 months.
