As a process-oriented and forward-thinking Human Resources Solutions Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the CoE HR Solutions team, driving digital transformation across BCG in Central Europe with a focus on HR's broader organizational impact. You will design, configure, and test innovative tools and applications to enhance HR Operations, while providing strategic guidance on conceptual approaches. Leveraging your expertise in Workday and DocuWare, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous optimization of our HR systems. You will streamline workflows, support the Workday community, and enable HR teams to maximize the potential of our HR IT landscape. In parallel, you will document and refine HR processes, ensuring their seamless integration within our systems. Acting as a connector between functional teams and engineers, you will lead sub-projects within digitalization initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements by collaborating closely with HR, Finance, IT, and global project teams. As a key link between departments, you will optimize interfaces and ensure our digital infrastructure meets both current and future needs.What You'll Bring
You have a degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable field of study, along with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.You have experience in software components, configuration and acting as super or key user.As an MS Office expert, you are also familiar with common software products, ideally including data tables (e.g., Oracle).You have knowledge of workflow management and a strong interest in applying it within an HR context.You possess excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a nice-to-have.You have a strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).Who You'll Work With
As a member of the HR Solutions team, you will work within a team of three and report directly to the HR Solutions Director. In your role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from other HR units, as well as from the Finance and IT departments. Team collaboration is built on respect, acceptance, and mutual trust.
