Purpose of Role:

The HR Specialist is a key member of the HR Team responsible for coordinating onboarding, learning, and development activities within the region. This role aims to enhance employee recognition, development, and engagement within Weir Minerals Central Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Track, measure, and report learning and development activities within the region.

Manage and maintain the yearly/monthly training calendar.

Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Support other HR activities and initiatives by communicating HR policies, standards, and relevant documentation.

Assist in various HR functions as required by the line manager.

Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.

Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Fluent in Russian and English.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High sense of responsibility with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications.
