Summary of This RoleProvides specialized support for Human Resource (HR) related operations. Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs. Manages daily support activity for HR including the maintenance of employee information. May identify and participate in HR policy and program development in partnership with senior consultants and other HR staff.
What Part Will You Play?Assists team members with basic HR inquiries, as directed, by referencing existing systems/resources and complying with established company guidelines and/or escalating to appropriate areas.Assists with creating and compiling HR related materials and communications, to include benefit enrollments and/or leave packets, and educational presentations.Assists in gathering and reviewing data and documentation for benefit enrollments, transfers, leave requests, and changes. Enters data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or vendor systems, including benefit deductions, employment changes, transfers. Processes terminations through the workflow.What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
