As a People Solutions HR Coordinator, you will be a member of a central HR team that provides HR support for 17,000 employees across the US and Canada.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain and employee records and tracking of required documentation via our HRIS Tool – WorkdayExecute core HR processes and employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment statusProvide support of Workday reporting, audits, and security accessPerform data quality review on employee data in Workday, manage the list of errors, discover data gaps and partner with HR to correct data when applicableTransactional processing of Purchase Orders, invoicing for 3rd party vendors, employee one-time payments and reimbursements.Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and careSupport special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy

Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & HR Coordination.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Professional degree is a must).Fluent in English, both written and verbal.2+ years of experience in HR Operations.Demonstrated experience transacting in Workday.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
