HR Specialist 80-100%

Reporting to our local Head of HR, the HR Specialist will be responsible for all related HR processes, incl. recruiting, activities and initiatives in the Country to enhance and support the achievement of Business goals while ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience and operational executions.

Key Responsibilities

Within this role, you work in close collaboration with the HR Director, the HR Operations and the different line managers.

Key activities/responsibilities you will oversee: 

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

Support the full recruitment process (from intake to contract negotiation/onboarding)  Support the Design and implementation of an overall recruiting strategy together with the Head of HR Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/universities, etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (by using databases, social media, universities etc.) to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Support and build innovative Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategies in line with the Group strategy (University marketing activities, strategic partnerships etc.) Built a candidate pipeline, act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process manage the apprenticeship program to build up a strong succession pipeline

HR Administration

Support the full Employee life cycle (Contract generation, all admin topics etc.) Onboard new employees, prepare apprentice onboarding days in strong partnership with the business Support the performance management process together with the Head of HR Participation in international projects as Employee Engagement, Employer of Choice initiatives, Social Media Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, provide Recruiting KPI, general reporting etc. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Business Partnership

Advise and coach stakeholders in HR related topics with a strong focus and involvement in our field management Be a partner in the transformation of our business and act as a role model in embracing change Act as a partner for our employees in various topics

What you'll need to succeed

Hold of a master’s degree or equivalent by experience 3/5 years of experience in a “soft HR” role and/or Talent Acquisition – preferably in an internal HR Department Experience in Employer Branding programs Language skills: German, English, French, Italian (is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus Proactive approach and enthusiastic personality Strong communicator with the ability to create and cultivate relationships Change agent and growth mindset, willing to go the extra mile in a dynamic environment Payroll certification is a plus
