What You'll Do The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the HR team and other stakeholders. This role serves as a resource and provides support in the areas of talent acquisition, application processing, hiring, onboarding, job posting, HR reporting and tracking. Also serves as an administrator and resource for HR related systems and tools. Administrative supports include but are not limited to: + Processing background checks and references + Managing job requisitions and advertisements + Facilitating multiple HR procedures + Preparing new hire paperwork + Onboarding new team members in Waverly/Waterloo locations + Compiling HR data and running reports through the agency HRIS + Tracking recruitment expenses What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical or administrative support experience; preferred experience in the field of human resources. Additionally, experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems are desired. A combination of education, training and/or experience that provides an equivalent amount of education and experience will also be considered.
