Technical Recruiting and specialized HR Tasks for various Information technology Positions with our Clients, on-boarding of employees and sub-contractors.
· Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future technical hiring and Client needs.
· Perform Technical Interviews to applicants and obtain information on work history, training, education, and technical skills.
· Perform Technical Interviews to applicants in Technologies like Java, J2ee, Java Scripting, HTML, XHTML, DHML, MySQL, and Oracle and obtain information on work history, training, education, and technical skills.
· Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
· Coordinate with Job Applicants, send Technical Questionnaires, and obtain their response.
· Effectively use our Internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Co-ordinate with offshore Recruitment Team
· Prepare and maintain employment records.
· Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
· Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
· Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
· Arrange for interviews with clients and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
Language Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent required with at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, HR specialist or a Computer Programmer is required.
Technical Skills – MS Office (Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS project), Business Analysis, SQL
