ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Recruitment and onboarding of employees: creating job requisitions, coordinating offer, pre-employment activities, onboarding and applicable OFCCP reporting.Generate necessary HR and headcount reports. Coordinate all HR related documents for job/employee status changes for employees.Plan, coordinate and facilitate various training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policy standards.Maintain proper documentation and assist with employee relations issues and employee communication.Conduct new hire orientation and ensure rules, regulations, and CBA information is reviewed and understood.Assist with employee recognition programs.Participate in various aspects of safety, including participating in safety audits, delivery of training programs, conducting job safety analysis, identification and reconciliation of root cause of safety incidents.Assist the HR Business Partner with Community Engagement activities and other corporate initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.
