Your Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist in Barcelona, who will support the local team in all funcions of HR; Talent Acquisition and Management, Comp & Bens, L&D, Payroll, Administration and Internal Communication.
This is an incredible opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their generalist experience and gain experience in a technology/sales-led/matrix-structure organization. 

Your Impact Talent acquisition initiatives, supporting recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Provide first-line advice to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. Ensure effective internal communication to keep teams and management updated. Coach and support managers in people management practices. Enhance employer branding efforts, promoting Technogym as an employer of choice through internal and external initiatives. Drive employee engagement and champion the Engagement Action Plan. Manage HR systems, personnel files, and HR cost tracking, including PO generation. Develop and maintain up-to-date Employee Handbooks and policy documents. Monitor HR metrics and complete monthly dashboards. Oversee induction, probation management, and employee onboarding. Organize and track training activities, aligning with the Training Plan. Support annual processes, including bonuses, pay reviews, goal setting, and appraisals. Assist in monthly payroll processing. About You 3+ years of experience in HR, specifically in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), or Learning & Development (L&D). Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or similar fields. Fluency in Spanish and English.
