HR Specialist

• Preparing and publishing job postings via career portals,
• Being responsible for hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
• Conducting resume screens and face-to-face interviews with applicants for Turkey and Region Countries,
• Working alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
• Improving employer branding performance by implementing new projects, job supports, training, communication methods, and recruiting strategies,
• Taking active role in Performance Management System.
Profile Features:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment experience is a plus),
• Preferably experience in overseas recruitment projects and process management,
• Fluent in English, able to work with multinational team members,
• Very good MS Office skills,
• Good knowledge of HR ERP systems,
• Confident in data reporting and analysis,
• Good planning, organizing and communication skills,
• No obstacle to travel,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
