Description Bilingual HR Administrator A reputable landscaping company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Administrator to join our active HR team. We are looking for candidates ready to take the lead when necessary, handle multiple responsibilities, and know how to prioritize their tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities: Auditing, maintaining, and organizing employee records, including I9s and termination documents. Processing paperwork of newly hired employees, preparation of their equipment, and onboarding them in the company's system. Assisting with the firm's IT needs, such as gathering and cleaning laptops, ordering PPE, and managing that equipment. Assisting in updating termination records and processing work sponsorship residence programs. Providing assistance to team members on benefits and employee relations, guiding them to the relevant persons for their queries. Assisting in organizing paperwork for seasonal workers and preparing instructions for their onboarding. Handling benefits, working directly with employees to set them up with benefits, ensuring deductions are tracked accurately and invoices are reconciled. Assisting in managing workers compensation claims. Typing up pay dates and paid holidays list for distribution to the staff. In case of need, provide back-up for phones. Requirements Requirements: Must be tech-savvy, comfortable quickly learning new systems - Inova and Aspire are our two main programs, along with Excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Detail-oriented, and self-starter who takes initiative - especially during downtime. Strong people skills, a team player who can communicate well with employees in a friendly manner. Must have a minimum of 1-year HR experience with a good understanding of HR regulations and federal mandates. Must demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, work in multiple worksheets, and a basic understanding of spreadsheet formulas. Software: We use Inova as our payroll and employee maintenance and benefit tracking system and Aspire. Knowledge of these is a plus but any HRIS system is required.
