The role will be responsible for ensuring that the HR processes, reporting and systems are managed in a professional way and timely manner, and also following the innovations in the company's global HR processes and integrating them into local processes.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain employee records Update the internal database Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts Revise company policies Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics  Participate in HR projects

 

Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities

BS in Human Resources or relevant field Min. 2 years of experience in a related role Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Strong communication skills Good level of English

 

* This is an on-site role and the location is Selimpaşa/Silivri.
