知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》，依据佛吉亚《管理规范》行事并以身作则 

参与到工厂持续改善过程中 

按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系，推行FES在本部门的开展与实施 

负责薪酬相关工作：每月工资制作与审批，个税申报，年度调薪，薪酬调研等 

负责跟踪月度、年度绩效考核，确保整个过程顺利完成，并将过程中所有资料进行归档保存，同时完成所有绩效奖金随工资发放 

负责与外服、劳务派遣及外包公司进行人员费用等对接 

负责入职候选人薪酬相关工作：offer等 

负责五险一金相关工作：合同及派遣，外包人员五险一金基数，增减等 

负责HR系统： Metis，PASS，GV，Concur等HR相关系统 

负责人力成本分析等 

负责申请各种政府补贴等 

负责平安商保项目 

负责集团ESO项目 

协助跟踪并参与各类报表，能够及时、准确地完成 

团队合作 

• 保证与内部客户的完全和及时地沟通 

• 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高 

•与其他部门的密切合作
