The HR Operations Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible As a LATAM HR professional, your responsibilities include managing tickets and ensuring SLA adherence, guiding associates on HR inquiries, maintaining documentation in Workday, updating local HR policies, and collaborating with HRBP for internal communications. You handle Brazil's hiring, job changes, time attendance, and terminations, while coordinating with the Payroll Team This position is part of the HR Operations team located in Brazil and will be a Hybrid role. You will be a part of the HR Operations team and report to the Athena Garcia, HR Services Manager responsible for support HR for Latam region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Process and manage tickets (Case Management System) for LATAM, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Provide guidance and support to LATAM associates regarding HR-related inquiries. • Maintain up-to-date documentation for LATAM associates and file it in Workday (WD)/digital folders. • Update and communicate local HR policies specific to LATAM. • Collaborate with HRBP to communicate internal updates and announcements to LATAM associates The essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related administrative field. • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable. • Strong understanding of Brazil labor legislation. • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a dynamic environment. • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business Join our winning team today.
