Job DescriptionTo coordinate strategies regarding the employee compensation and benefits system within the plant in a way that contributes to the achievement of departmental and corporate objectives, as well as labor satisfaction Coordinate the processes of development as well as the diagnosis, improvement and change of the climate and organizational culture, within the procedures and instructions defined by Continental for the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
To coordinate and ensure the correct application corporative policies of compensation and benefits in the plant.Use various methods and techniques and recommended data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.Execute the fix and variable compensation, special payments, bonus and salary movements.Apply the salary plan according with corporate guidelines.Maintain the internal equity through external labor market.Manage and analyze the total payroll cost through the financial information to keep the correct application of budget vs actual cost, (info into CC-Nóminas).Participate and provide information for market surveys that allow us to evaluate the internal and external compensation & salary of the Plant.Execute True Up of social benefits plan (budget vs actual).Generate the jobs valuations (HAY methodology).Coordinate the system of development, education and training of the plant for the development of the competences of the employeesManagement of the Training Plan or ProgramAdministration of the certification system and Multi-skills of the production operatorsGenerate performance improvement plan report for the work area, as well as give follow-up to the establishment and fulfillment of the development plans in case of qualifications "expected more"Supervise the payroll and special payment process (SAP HR).Verify that movements registered on IMSS are in time according to legal requirements.Supervise and ensure the conditions to give full support to all employees about doubts related to payments, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT., etc.Ensure the employees confidentiality and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Ensure the solutions and finding problems of the employees in any topic related to their payments, benefits and information of paperwork with institutions like IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and others.
