Our Mission: To create conditions wherein people can thrive! The HR Specialist will be responsible for statutory benefits remittance, company-initiated benefits remittance, and payroll processing. Responsibilities Facilitates the full cycle of onboarding process to identified candidates in all HR systems. Collaborates with other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process in ensuring a red carpet experience will be delivered. Conducts contract discussion and new hire orientation. Responsible for handling queries and concerns that are sent to Global Onboarding. Normally acts as the gatekeeper of requests, validates and checks queries and supporting documentation. Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers and new hire status as part of the onboarding process. Handles HR-related concerns that are more customized, require additional research/review/discussion with employees or possibly frontline or mid management. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and Team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, is an advantage but is not required. Must have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources; onboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Administration. Proficient personal computer skills, including Google Suite. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be willing to work on weekends and extend working hours if needed. Must be willing to work on a night shift.
