Job summary

Plan and execute internal communication (incl. associate benefit plan and activity) at RBHP.Promote and implement company culture through activities and support to enhance employees’ sense of belonging with the company.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up RBHP communication plan and align with management.Organize and execute internal events including townhalls.Plan and issue internal media, i.e., newsletter, company video, standard presentation.Use social media to communicate with staff internally.Support the changes in organization, help associates understand the business and encourage morale.Organize activity related to employee benefits according to company policy.Define and implement communication measures based on associate feedback (i.e. CIP) .Measure success of internal communication measures.
