We are looking for a talented HR Specialist – Recruiting (Talent Acquisition) to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment and hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needsScreen candidate resumesPerform in-person and phone interviews with candidatesAdminister appropriate company assessmentsMake recommendations to company hiring managersCoordinate interviews with the hiring managersFollow up on the interview process statusMaintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achievedCommunicate employer information and benefits during screening processStay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practicesServe as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associationsComplete timely reports on employment activityConducting exit interviews on terminating employeesConduct reference checking; extends job offers; runs background checks/pre-employment drug screens; conducts new-employee orientations; conducts exit interviewsMaintain an efficient filing system for employee and company recordsWrite and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and university board, etc.Attend job fairs and career eventsWork on special projects and assist with all other areas of the HR department Qualifications Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree1 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, or a related HR support roleSolid knowledge of HR policies and best practicesExcellent verbal and writing communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailTravel – Up to 10%
