Location: Derry/Londonderry

This is a full-time role, however part-time working or job-share could be considered for the right individual.
 

Your Role

Join our People Operations team within the HR Service Delivery Hub in Derry/Londonderry, where we provide exceptional HR services to all Fujitsu employees across the UK&I. We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our first-line team, delivering proactive HR solutions. In this role, you will provide consistent first-line support across various HR topics and respond to queries from multiple channels such as live chat, HR tickets, and customer calls. You will also manage end-to-end administration for all HR transactional activities across the business, spanning the entire employee life cycle. As part of the HR service delivery team, you will gain insights into our HR operations, enabling you to develop key skills for advancing your HR career.
Your experience
-    Comfortable with using multiple IT systems as well as working knowledge of MS Office Suite
-    Investigative with excellent customer service mindset 
-    Detail orientated with flair for problem solving  
-    Committed to innovative continuous improvement 
-    Excellent communicator
-    Self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative and contribute as a team member
