The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee development, recruiting, and sourcing to attract and retain top talent. This role will play a key part in driving a positive workplace culture, implementing effective talent strategies, and supporting the overall HR function. The candidate should have a strong background in HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, technical industry. 2. Essential Job Functions Talent Reviews & Performance Management - Support the talent review process, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives. - Collaborate with managers to assess employee performance and identify high-potential employees. - Assist in the development of leadership training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and people review assessments.
