In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovative HR initiatives that shape the future of our global organization. **Responsibilities:** + TMOE (Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness): + Lead the deployment and management of all TMOE processes across our Division, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, and Succession Planning. + Spearhead Inclusion & Diversity programs, serving as the primary liaison with the corporate I&D team. + Implement and facilitate engaging Early Talent and Leader X programs to nurture our future leaders. + Become the go-to expert on all TMOE tools and processes. + Internal Communication: + Partner closely with the corporate communication team to deliver impactful internal messaging. + Organize and facilitate dynamic ITD Town Halls to foster employee engagement. + Manage the monthly 5-minute Ethics sessions and Nomination Announcement processes. + Centralize and streamline all internal communication requests. + Analytics: + Create insightful monthly HR reports to inform strategic decision-making. + Administer the Sales Incentive Plan for the Division. + Support the sites with cutting-edge analytics tools and solutions. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of relevant HR experience **Skills:** + Proficiency in HR IT tools, MS Office, and data analysis + Excellent communication skills in English and French (Spanish a plus) + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Join our team and help us drive innovation, foster inclusion, and deliver exceptional results.
