Qualifications:
● Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
● Must be able to work with minimum supervision
● Must have excellent scholastic records
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills
● Must be able to work individually and with a team
● Should be result-oriented, systematic, and organized
● Work experience is preferred but not a requirement
Responsibilities:
The Management Trainee Program offers a holistic perspective and exposure to several departments of the Company through various trainings such as: classroom and hands-on training, coaching and mentoring by veteran professionals in the organization.
As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:
● Coordinate with various departments for the overall development of DMCI Homes projects
● Monitor projects from planning and budgeting, marketing, sales, design and construction, and turnover to Property Management group
● Monitor project concerns from an overall business perspective
● Plan and recommend project decisions
● Plan budgeting and pricing computations and strategies
