HR Strategy Analyst

This position drives and influences strategic decision-making by identifying, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive the effectiveness, innovation, and alignment of HR practices with the company and business goals. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** ● Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and workforce data from multiple sources, regions and business units to identify trends and opportunities ● Maximize opportunities to network outside traditional business unit to identify new data sources ● Provide insights to support the design of strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation ● Propose and develop HR strategies that drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and employee engagement ● Must be a successful influencer and able to communicate complex concepts to an audience with mixed understanding of topic ● Support the annual HR planning process. Presenting data driven solutions to a mixed audience consisting of senior leaders and peers, influencing and ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead or contribute to key HR strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, talent management, and diversity and inclusion programs ● Ensure timely execution and delivery of strategic projects within scope and budget ● Conduct benchmarking studies to analyze global HR best practices, market trends, and competitors ● Must demonstrate sound data driven decision making and able to apply judgement when information is missing or unreliable ● Propose innovative approaches to address emerging challenges such as talent shortages, hybrid work models, or upskilling demands ● Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local HR leaders, supporting them with tools, insights, and recommendations to address strategic challenges ● Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, including the CHRO and executive committees ● Develop and monitor key HR performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and ensure continuous improvement ● Provide and implement actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis This job description is intended to present the general content and requirements for the performance of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) + 5 years of experience in HR analytics, strategic planning, or a related role within a multinational environment. Exposure to large-scale organizational transformation or HR consulting is a plus + Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) + Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) + Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights + Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills + Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones *Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
