**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Looking for a chance to dive deep into HR processes and the employee lifecycle? Our HR Student Assistant role could be your perfect fit.
Join us and take the lead in recruiting other Student Assistants, while also managing daily HR tasks like onboarding and offboarding. You will prepare contracts, maintain our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, create engaging HR policies and keep our HR content up to date on our HR intranet etc.
But it’s not all work – we believe in learning while having fun. You will work alongside dedicated HR professionals who will guide you, and you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge and grow professionally.
The average working hours are around 20 hours per week, adjusted according to your study schedule and exam periods.
The position is located centrally in Copenhagen near Islands Brygge.
**YOUR KEY ESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Leading the entire recruitment process for all Student Assistants positions
• Co-responsible for daily HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing employment contracts and other relevant documents
• Maintaining employee records in our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors
• Preparing presentation materials for our monthly townhall meetings
• Updating and creating HR policies, documents, and intranet content
• Involvement in HR and work environment projects
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:**
• Ideally, you are in the final year of your Bachelor's or first year of your Master's degree, in fields like Business Administration, Labor Studies, Business Studies, or related disciplines.
• You are curious and eager to learn, with a service-minded attitude towards colleagues
• You take initiative, seeks out tasks, and takes pride in their completion
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured manner
• You value teamwork and actively seeks collaboration with colleagues
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with various IT systems, such as Outlook and Excel
• You speak and write fluent Danish and are proficient in English
