HR Supervisor

Purpose

The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing various human resource functions within the organization. This role ensures the efficient and effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs while contributing to the overall success of the company.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:

Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate the entire hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks. Supervise Onboarding of  new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture. Track the recruitment budget and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly. Conduct investigations into complaints and disciplinary issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies. Mediate conflicts between employees or departments to maintain a harmonious workplace. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs based on employee performance, business objectives, and industry trends. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional development and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance , and other perks. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, conducting regular audits and reviews.

Performance Management:

Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback. Develop performance improvement plans for employees who require additional support. Recognize and reward high-performing employees to boost morale and productivity.

HR Policy Implementation:

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation, industry standards, and organizational needs.

Employee Engagement:

Promote a positive and engaging work culture through employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Gather employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance job satisfaction. Foster a sense of belonging and connection among employees to strengthen company loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field 7 years of experience in human resources. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Experience with HR metrics and analytics.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and management. Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
