HR Supervisor

Lead, mentor, and support HR staff to ensure efficient HR operations.
Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Promote a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations matters with discretion.
Ensure compliance with National Government agencies like DOLE, SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG.
Assist in managing performance review processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and supporting payroll processing.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
