HR Supervisor - Plans & Operations
Overview ***This position is physically located in Greenville, SC in support of LOGCAP*** Responsible to develop HR Plans and Operations to include transitions, descope, and surge requirements. This role will cross coordinate with all functional HR departments, including geographically dispersed HR teams. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Responsible to develop actions/ operational orders in support of LOGCAP V projects in planning, designing and execution of all HR services related functions + Develop cross-functional work procedures that incorporate company, client and operational requirements + Participate and business development process to develop mobilization plans and identify operational requirements to work in new locations or validate procedures in existing locations for on contract growth + Lead Rapid Deployment Team (RDT) for audits, start up, phase out requirements + Review Technical Exhibits and Contract Summaries for incorporation into polices and procedures + Serve as casualty assistance officer/ liaison in the event of employee death + Develop Scope Of Work (SOW), conduct contract technical evaluations, complete invoice validation and manage subcontractor performance + Performs other job duties as required Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications: + Extensive travel up to 50% of time; must be able and ready to deploy to domestic or international locations. These locations include austere, remote and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) maybe required + Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-Level Security Clearance and CAC eligibility + Must have valid passport and ability to travel internationally + Bachelor’s Degree + Seven years in strategic planning role with cross-department and functional coordination + Prior military at a minimum of company-grade officer (O-3) or senior non-commissioned officer (E-7) that completed advanced military level training or civilian equivalency + Five years of supervisory experience over a team + Skills: + Ability to independently develop strategic plans, develop milestone trackers, implement key performance indicators (KPI) and execution plans + Communicates effectively both orally and in written work products + Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and complete simultaneous requirements + Physical Requirements: + Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
