Our HR support Level 3 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you get the most out of your time as an Apprentice, whilst building on your stakeholder management skills

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

\n\nWorking within our Central Functions HR Team you will work with a passionate team who support the Business with Human Resources and People Processes \n\n\nLocal communications \n\n\nRespond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person\n\n\nKey Event planning/management \n\n\nCollations of data /business packs for meeting \n\n\nCross collaboration of multiple stakeholders \n\n\nTo ensure relationships with customers are maintained and continuously developed\n\n\nSupporting our sites to drive the HR agenda \n\n\nSupporting and facilitating site recruitment \n\n\nSupporting the Co-ordination of the annual Performance and Talent Cycle \n\n\nChampion employee engagement and use your initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement \n\n

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?

\n\nYou must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above or 4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics \n\n\nMust speak English \n\n\nAs part of the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme \n\n\nMust have a full uk driving license and the ability to travel across the UK \n\n\nFlexibility to respond to last minute requests \n\n

Compensation:

\n

£21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a further apprenticeship at a higher level and work towards continue your journey in the HR specialism.. Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.

WORKING WEEK: 40 hours

\n

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take some online psychometric tests. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
