You will be responsible for implementing new technological solutions, maintaining existing systems, and analyzing technical data to ensure HR systems effectively support business needs. _Demonstrate your passion_ + Contribute to the development of the crew management analysis and reporting. + Participate, mediating with other stakeholders, in the definition of the most appropriate schedule of the enhancement of the crew management system. + Advance your skills with Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports. _Get things right_ + Collaborate with the IT department to prioritize and resolve system issues/bugs related to the crew management system. + Promote and support our HR analytical initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making. **What makes you unique** + You have at least 3 years of experience as Data Analyst. Experience gained in the HR field will also be considered relevant. + Experience acquired in complex, multinational companies will be a considerable asset. + Degree in Economics, Engineering, ICT, or a related field. + As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English and Italian. + You are able to use Power Bi, data mining, Excel and Microsoft Office tools. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Why Costa** You'll be a vital part of our Genoa office, where our strategies come to life and our ships set sail.
