HR System Analyst and Test Lead
**HR System Analyst and Test Lead** **Summary:** The Employee Experience Design Global HR team is dedicated to creating experiences that employees love. As the HR System Analyst and Test Lead, you will play a critical role in driving positive change and innovative HR technology solutions. This role contributes to our mission by modernizing and curating personalized experiences for our employees. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, conduct workflow analysis, and support the discovery of business requirements. This role offers a chance to lead testing efforts and ensure the successful delivery of HR technology solutions and programs. Position Responsibilities: + Provide critical support in the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to inform configuration activities for key HR technology and program rollouts. + Solicit and document user requirements, prepare design documents, and validate user interface specifications. + Leverage human-centered design practices to capture the voice of our stakeholders and colleagues. + Plan and oversee testing activities in partnership with Employee Experience and IT Support teams for project rollouts and system enhancements. + Facilitate testing kick-offs, define and design test plans and scripts, and oversee issue defect resolution activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 3+ years of relevant experience in a Business Systems Analyst role supporting HR transformation projects, strategy, and/or deployment of global, large-scale HR Technology initiatives. + 3+ years of experience working with HR SaaS applications and platforms, including Workday, Cornerstone, EdCast, Salesforce, etc. + Previous hands-on experience as a Test Lead working with developers, product specialists, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders. + Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an HR or IT discipline. ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation level or equivalent is an asset.Human-centered design, CHRP/CHRL, or PMP Certification is an asset. + Broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle (waterfall/agile), cloud technologies, and functional and non-functional test methodologies. + Knowledge and experience in Performance testing, API testing, and SaaS applications on a large scale. + Proficiency in test management and defect management tools. + Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
