Responsibilities Are you passionate about HR systems and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization? Post Consumer Brands is seeking a talented HR Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform, including Ulti-Pro (HRIS) and Kronos Dimenstions (Timekeeping and Attendance). If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for system configuration and data integrity, we want to hear from you. Key Focus Areas HR Systems Management: Execute system configuration changes and enhancements to our Kronos Dimensions platform. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on timekeeping, payroll, and attendance processes. Collaborate with HR, PHI, Manufacturing, and other functions to gather requirements and business needs. Work with HR system vendors to explore future capabilities and new modules. Assist in integration efforts and semi-annual releases/upgrades of our timekeeping and attendance platforms. Perform audits and ensure data accuracy in the timekeeping system. Provide training and process support to HR teams and troubleshoot end-user questions. General Support: Respond to business requests through proper intake channels. Work cross-functionally to execute HR Operations programs and initiatives. Assist in various human resources programs and procedures for all employees. Support reporting requests and run wellness eligibility files. Conduct training sessions for Plant HR and local employees on new initiatives and processes. Analyze current HR Operations processes and suggest improvements. Safeguard the confidentiality of HR and payroll data. Act as a backup for payroll duties. What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or technology-related field recommended 5+ years of experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems, preferably Ulti-Pro and Kronos Dimensions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude to understand data flow and system interaction.
