HR Systems Analyst III
Description Summary: The HR Systems Analyst III manages multiple projects, typically of short duration. They Identify opportunities and ensure successful Risk/ Audit/ Vendor/ Partner outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: + Manages a project team and provides guidance on programs and process improvements. + Reviews suggestions, implements changes, offers support for improvements, and breaks down roadblocks. + Regularly networks with segments executives, senior leaders, and external industry/ vendors. + Maintains accountability for managing a small project budget as an individual contributor or as a people leader. + Recommends and participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals. + Independently determines method for completion of new projects with guidance on overall project objectives + Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. + Develops staff for current and long-term department needs and opportunities. + Liaison with Risk, responsibility for coordinating risk testing, UDT documentation, creating procedures and process maps. + Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + 4+ years related experience Preferred Qualifications: + Applies advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of tasks and project. + Very strong analytical & problem-solving skills, e.g., CI processes, root cause analysis, linking multiple business processes/metrics. Compensation Range: $57,000 - $65,000 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
