HR Systems Analyst III
Description The Human Resources People Insights team supports the following streams of work: Workforce Planning, HR Operational support, Dashboard and Report Development, and Workforce Insight delivery and consulting. The team leverages tools, including Workday, PowerBI, and Tableau. Duties and Responsibilities: + Assists in the development and construction of a robust Human Resources dashboard, regular HR reporting and with ad hoc HR reporting requests as needed. + Consults with internal HR partners and other organizational partners to develop HR metrics/reporting/studies that address HR related business problems. + Manage multiple priorities and set appropriate and attainable goals. + Synthesize findings into senior level presentations that convey insights and recommendations through compelling storytelling, while maintaining a balance between the big picture and mastery of details. + Participates in broader corporate data and analytics projects on an as needed basis. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative or social science fields. + 3-5 years of related work experience in data analytics and reporting + Advanced level experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications + 1-3 years of HR related analytics experience. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels. + Progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity. Compensation Range: $57,000 - $65,000 Annual The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
