People Platform Lead role, as part of the Enterprise & ERP Platforms team, leads a team of People Platform specialists and suppliers, providing technical guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, and improvement. The role is responsible for IT product ownership, defining and executing the People Platform roadmap, and building strong business partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
The role holder will work with business teams and IT mission teams to develop and operate HR platform services providing technical leadership and direction. The role holder will also be required to collaborate with other business and engineering teams, particularly the Integration and Enterprise & ERP teams. The role will be accountable for managing the team of solution specialists, engineers, ensuring team development, and overseeing people platform solutions through design and implementation. The role will also be expected to drive forward our best practice standards and guardrails to ensure the underlying platform is used safely and securely.

Empowering team members with the tools and resources to deliver high-quality solutions and advocate for self-directed learning in the field of HR related platformsRequirements for the role:Highly experienced HR IS Platforms professional with multiple full lifecycle platform implementation experience across a range of HRIS platformsQualified Workday Consultant, able to provide support and guidance to the team; able to augment the team with solution design and delivery Experience of global HR platform governance, support and maintenance, control and compliance in a global organisationGood working knowledge across a range of HRIS platform capabilities – and associated technologies and integration platformsCommercial acumen – demonstrable through experience of cost centre management, supplier commercial and relationship management; drive for value addExperienced inspirational leader of direct and indirect teams, with proven ability to build high-performing teamsBusiness focused; able to build strong working relationships with the HR function and across JMIT; shaping and aligning business and IT strategyExtensive experience of working with SSO/MFA connected systems and two-way secure data integrationsHow you will be rewarded:Salary range for this position is from 50,500 to 93,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
