HR Systems Oracle Integrations Lead

Overview:

The HR Systems Integrations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand integration requirements, designing integration solutions, and managing their implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR technologies, system integrations, and data management.

Reports To: Director of HR Technology and Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration and Development: Identify integration requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals and technical architecture. Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for various HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll systems. Ensure the successful integration of new systems with existing platforms, maintaining data integrity and security. Oversee the development of custom integration components, including APIs, adapters, and integration flows. Ensure configurations meet the business requirements. Lead integration testing efforts, including functional, performance, and regression testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Act as the escalation point for complex integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing integration processes. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and other business partners to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders. Provide training and support to HR staff on integration-related processes and tools. Data Management and Security: Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems, implementing best practices for data management. Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules to support integration processes. Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements. Technology Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of HR innovation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR systems integration. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of integration specialists to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience with HR technologies, required Oracle HCM, preferably Boomi, ServiceNow Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, including APIs, middleware, and ETL processes. Proven experience with data management and data transformation. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Certifications: Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
