Position Description:The HRIS Workday Analyst position at HP involves managing Workday, Eightfold and other HR systems configurations, analyzing business processes, and providing technical solutions. Key skills needed include a strong knowledge of Workday configuration, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to present complex topics to diverse audiences. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:Manage Workday, Eightfold and other HR systems configuration: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday, Eightfold and other HR systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.Work with business users to define and analyze problems: Collaborate with business users to identify and analyze issues, aligning the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions.Solicit, develop, document, test, and manage business and technical requirements: Gather, develop, document, test, and manage business and technical requirements, providing detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Basic level knowledge of system architectures and software development methodologies: Possess foundational knowledge of system architectures and software development methodologies.Understand dependencies of all relevant systems that impact HR data: Comprehend the dependencies of all relevant systems that affect HR data.Develop detailed implementation plans and update project plans: Create detailed implementation plans and update project plans in collaboration with other system analysts.Support system issues and partner with IT: Address system issues and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot or resolve problems.Assist with and/or manage documentation: Assist with or manage documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes.

Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and HR functional areas.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams are essential.Detail-oriented with superior analytical, problem-solving, pragmatism, and organizational skills.Solid project management skills, especially coordinating/managing several global projects simultaneously, with a well-developed sense of urgency, precision, and follow-through.Proven experience working in project-oriented high-performing teams.Strong personal networking skills with the ability to relate to executives and employees through all organizational levels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex business and technical topics to a wide array of business, technical, and executive audiences.Ability to work across various departments and collaborate with different teams to deliver innovative HR solutions.Motivated individual.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest HR technology trends and best practices.Understanding of ethical AI use and data privacy, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance in HR systems.Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism.Experience in leading and mentoring junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.Minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in HR or technical related area.Workday certification is a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $77,300 to $110,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
