HR Systems Senior Lead Analyst, Workday

**What you will do:**
As our HR Systems Senior Lead Analyst, Workday, you will analyze business needs and support end-to-end HR solutions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and talent management. You will build collaborative relationships across HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Communications while providing expertise on Workday functionality. Additionally, you will consult on system design, offering guidance on automation and standardization to enhance HR processes.
+ Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes for Workday applications in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
+ Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery
+ Drive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the deliver of new technology solutions and enhancements.
+ Independently manage projects and coordinate with HR functional teams for process, system, and system support initiatives.
+ Lead system implementation or release activities; Configure, test and document system changes
+ Manage plans for and execute regression and release testing on Workday applications in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
+ Strong ability to present configuration design options and capabilities per functional and industry knowledge
**What you need:**
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, +6 additional years of work experience will be considered.
+ 6+ years of experience in an HRIS, functional systems, with experience in Workday applications, including Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management.
+ Prior system implementation or post-implementation project experience.
+ Expert understanding of cloud-based technologies and object-oriented data models.
+ Advanced English level (B2+)
Preferred:
+ Workday Pro Certification(s).
+ Strong knowledge of data privacy and other relevant HR data regulations.
+ Experience working in an enterprise technology environment, including HRIS enterprise infrastructure with touchpoints such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Exchange, Firewalls, SSO, and Mobile configurations.
