**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**Level:** Entry/Junior
**Location:** Manila (Taguig) and Cebu
**Work Logistics:** Hybrid, Dayshift, M-F, May at times need for on schedules on call work
**Role Purpose:**
To identify, attract, and hire top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Core Talent Acquisition**
+ **Talent Sourcing and Attraction:**
+ Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
+ Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
+ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
+ Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
+ Leverage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
+ **Candidate Screening and Selection:**
+ Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
+ Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
+ Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the best candidates for each role.
+ **Offer Extension and Onboarding:**
+ Extend offers to selected candidates, including salary negotiation and benefits communication.
+ Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
+ Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization.
+ **Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:**
+ Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
+ Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and performance.
+ Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
**HR Operations and Projects Support**
+ **HR Operations:**
+ Contribute to the efficient execution of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
+ Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
+ Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
+ Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence.
+ **HR Projects:**
+ Participate in HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and organizational change efforts.
+ Provide administrative support for HR projects, including data analysis, report generation, and document preparation.
+ Assist in the evaluation of HR programs and initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
**Preferred:**
+ Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
+ Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant HR tools.
+ Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree or relevant studies or experience
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
