What is the Opportunity?We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Talent Integrator to lead and execute critical HR change initiatives within our organization. This role will be instrumental in driving HR projects, HR remediation efforts, and HR integration work, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, human resources, and data analysis, capable of managing multiple priorities in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.What will you do?Lead and manage multiple HR projects, including HR change initiatives and remediation efforts.Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities.Drive accountability among HR stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and efficiency.Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.Implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and compliance, particularly in a highly regulated environment.Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, Finance, and other business partners to execute seamless project delivery.Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Utilize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.What do you need to succeed?Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Expertise – Proven experience in HR project management, HR transformation, or HR integration.HR Knowledge – Working understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.Data Savviness – Ability to analyze HR data, interpret key trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to navigate complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.Collaboration & Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive cross-functional teams.High Accountability – Strong ability to execute with precision and ensure timely project delivery.Change Management Experience – Ability to manage HR change initiatives and effectively engage stakeholders.Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with HR systems, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
