HR Tech Analyst Intern

The HR Tech Analyst Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Focus on system configuration and testing that will allow the selected intern to gain experience with real-world ERP design, build, and enhancements. Participate in data validation and reporting tasks which will provide the opportunity develop analytical via Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI and Microsoft Excel.  Leverage reports from Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI to cleanse data. Participate integration and security projects to provide a broader technical landscape of Oracle HCM and Atlantic Health. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Articles to documentation best practices and steps for end-user support, reinforcing knowledge retention and best practices. Be introduced to automation and scripting where applicable to help reduce manual tasks and promote efficiency via Python, SQL, and or Oracle Data Management tools like HDL (Data Loaders). Receive exposure to Oracle’s My Learn platform and review available industry driving certifications. Support the stabilization phase of the AtlanticHub project. Participating in the tasks to support stabilization. 2025 Strategic HR Solutions Roadmap: Align strategy to goal and vision. Including knowledge transfer, growth, and special business needs. Create a KT mechanism and repository to store KT documentation. Participate in testing, analysis and documenting results.
