Requirements:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering, or related field
Experience managing implementation, configuration, and use of HR technology solutions. At least 5 years of hands-on implementation, configuration, and administrative experience with HR technology.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Operational experience working in technology administrative or maintenance roles
Advanced knowledge of HRIS or applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday). High competency with HR systems and reporting
Expert knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures, and policies to translate business requirements into system build.
Process improvement skills are a plus
Professional experience in project management preferred.
Ability to support efforts to plan, organize, direct, and integrate elements and resources of a program or activity to bring about the successful delivery of technology solutions.
Strong leadership skills.

Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
