DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: 

Design, configure, test, maintain, and recommend best practices for Workday technology

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the technology roadmap and backlog, aligning solutions with business priorities

Provide subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through proactive research and recommendations

Lead testing efforts, including test planning, scope definition, scenario creation, and script execution, in collaboration with HR Technology analysts and other Centers of Excellence, ensuring thorough testing (e.g., regression, data loads, and new features/projects)

Investigate and resolve system issues by identifying root causes and thoroughly testing solutions

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through precise data entry and ongoing maintenance in Workday

Support the development and maintenance of training and communication materials

Partner with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday processes across workstreams

Create and maintain reports to meet organizational and stakeholder needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HR technology solutions to support business objectives and activities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

Workday experience in workstreams such as compensation, advanced compensation, absence, benefits, time and attendance, and/or payroll strongly preferred

Strong project management skills, including tracking deliverables, prioritizing competing initiatives, providing stakeholder updates, and ensuring timely progress

Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure environments while maintaining productivity and focus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships across teams

Commitment to quality and superior service delivery, demonstrated by meeting deadlines and embedding quality control into work

High regard for confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring the protection of company and employee information

Proven consultative skills to guide decision-making effectively

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of problems and recommend effective solutions

Continuous improvement mindset, focused on enhancing the employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Experience working in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization

Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$53,900.00 - $112,000.00
