Join our team as an HR Technology Analyst for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, reporting to the HR Technology Manager for Talent Solutions. This role is designed for individuals passionate about leveraging HR technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and talent management processes.

You will lead targeted initiatives aimed at streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and developing comprehensive guidance and training on technology tools for our HR staff. Collaboration will be key, as you work alongside HR Technology teams, IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and explore technological advancements aligned with our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vital player in our global operations, you will support Talent Acquisition and Management systems through the following responsibilities:

Serve as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Talent technology solutions, acting as a point of contact for users facing challenges with recruitment and talent management technologies. You will manage tier 2 technical issues escalated from front-line support teams, collaborating closely with IT and HR Tech teams to ensure seamless integration of various HR systems.

Develop and maintain technical support resources and guides for recruiting and talent management, while establishing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that govern talent technologies.

Partner with the Talent Center of Expertise, third-party vendors, and the HR Technology function to optimize our Talent tools and processes. You will play a significant role in implementing new Talent technology platforms and upgrading existing systems.

Ensure compliance of HR technology solutions with regulations regarding data privacy and security, including conducting audits and managing data retention activities related to Talent records.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition and management, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience using HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and management systems.

Demonstrated tech-savviness, with a solid understanding of digital tools, the ability to navigate the internet efficiently, and a knack for adapting to new technological innovations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Workday HCM and familiarity with Talent Marketing systems.

Previous experience working within virtual or global teams.
