Job summary:Manages a team of HR Technology professionals responsible for Greene, Tweed’s current and future state HR systems deployment. Supports leadership’s strategic and tactical objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and IT Leadership Teams, Key Subject Matter Experts, and client interface for the organization’s HR Technology portfolio which includes HCM, Talent, Learning, Adaptive Insights, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Reporting and Analytics, Absence Management, as well as other HR system touchpoints (Kronos, Ivanti ticketing system, etc.). Manages major HR Technology project initiatives including the analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation, and roll-out of expanded HR Technology modules to meet enterprise requirements.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:HR Technology Leadership
Sets the strategy for HR Technology by providing direction, development and implementation of HR systems that enable efficient HR processes. Serves as the interface between HR, IT, Finance and other functional areas to ensure effective definition and delivery of HR Tech applications. Overall responsibility for HR data management/integrity and electronic Employee Record Retention for company. Builds and develops a highly skilled team of HR professionals trained to excel in executing all aspects of Greene, Tweed’s HR Technology strategy and missionUtilizes exceptional people and resource management skills to allocate resources, assign work, provide direction, coach team members, develop talent and internal bench strength, evaluating individual and team performance against established goalsPossesses and applies comprehensive HR domain knowledge when devising solutions or servicing the needs of the client base; Builds breadth of HR professional knowledge across all HR domainsDisplays a high level of expertise in the HR Technology discipline; Stays abreast of trends and applies best practices by maintaining external focusChampions technology-enabling change initiatives across the organization and associated skill building across global HR teamApplication Management
Strong working knowledge of Greene, Tweed’s HR Technology applications and associated business processesLeads the activities to diagnose, document, and resolve complex HR application issues from a functional, administrative, and operational perspectiveExhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and stakeholdersLeads user support, systems administration, and data management activities which include systems maintenance, data maintenance, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applicationsLeads efforts to create and publish HR Technology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Acts as a key liaison to IT including prioritization, tracking, and approval of service requestsActs as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR applications including how to best leverage system capabilities to satisfy specific client needsProject Management
Manages and delivers large, complex HR Technology projects and system implementationsManagement of outside HR Technology vendors and service providers including planning and execution of upgrades, new releases, enhancements, and system fixesOversees and prioritizes portfolio of technology projects in alignment with business strategy, functional goals and process optimizationRequired Minimum QualificationsEducation/Certifications: Bachelor Degree required, Master Degree preferred in HR or IT related discipline.
Preferred Certification(s): PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, SCRUM, Workday
Skills and Experience:
