HR Technology Project Manager (remote)

Overview Are you ready to be at the heart of exciting consulting projects, where you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships and driving success? As a key collaborator, you'll partner with Consultants to manage client and broker expectations, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution from start to finish. You’ll take charge of coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and overseeing documentation, all while keeping projects on track using a variety of systems. In this dynamic role, you'll also work closely with technology providers, organizing impactful solution demos and staying ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions. Your contributions will shape strategic team processes and ensure that all project tasks are completed with precision and professionalism. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with Consultant to manage consulting projects Help Consultant establish and manage Client and Broker relationships throughout projects and set proper expectations Lead scheduling and documenting client needs Successfully manage project documents and project milestones Communicate with technology vendors in the market to stay abreast of their offerings Schedule and manage vendor solution demos for projects Maintain project details in CRM system, ShareFile, and RFP360 Project manage implementations as required Attend All Team and Consulting Team calls Contribute to strategic processes and procedures of the team Manage all issues quickly and professionally Report all escalated issues to the Division Manager and/or upper management Complete job-related training courses/seminars as needed Provide reporting updates to internal teams or management About You Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 1 year of experience with HR Technology solutions preferred Exceptional customer and interpersonal skills Strong organization and problem-solving skills Diligent documentation habits Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Sharepoint, OneDrive) Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions High level of professionalism, productivity, dependability, and accuracy #LI-DK3 #LI-Remote Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
