Quadratura presenze, controllo ed inserimento dei giustificativi assenze dei dipendentiInterfaccia con lo studio di consulenza esternoPreparazione, gestione contratti ed archiviazione documentaleOrganizzazione dei corsi di formazione in affiancamento all’HR Manager, predisposizione ed organizzazione delle aule, inserimento dati nel db aziendale, emissione attestati.Gestione della calendarizzazione delle attività formativeRicerca e selezione del personale: stesura job description, screening curricula, colloqui di valutazione, feedbackInterfaccia con fornitori esterni per la parte di ricerca e selezioneIntroduzione delle nuove risorse in azienda, induction e gestione dei documenti correlati, interfacciandosi con i reparti per monitoraggio nuovi ingressiCoordinamento con reparto salute a sicurezza per la gestione delle visite mediche e dei corsi di formazioneContribuire allo sviluppo delle politiche di employer branding attraverso rapporti con scuole ed università.

Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?

Formazione universitaria in Ambito Umanistico, Economico o GiuridicoCapacità organizzative e di problem solving, entusiasmo e voglia di inserirsi in un contesto dinamico.Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e passione per il mondo HR completano il tuo skill-set.Necessaria buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
