HR Training and Development Specialist

Requirements:
-Comprehensive knowledge of training needs assessment methods.
-Comprehensive knowledge of training effectiveness evaluation methods.
-Comprehensive knowledge of modern training methodologies.
-Sufficient familiarity with trainers and training institutions for course organization.
-proficiency in English (minimum IELTS 6) with the ability to converse and translate.
-Strong communication skills to effectively engage with employees and managers.
-Persuasion skills to encourage stakeholders’ participation in training programs.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct training needs assessments based on competency models and skill evaluations.
-Plan and implement training programs according to the organization's training calendar.
-Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training sessions.
-Prepare analytical and statistical reports on training program performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in training and human resource development.
